Step 4: Press and hold the left mouse button and drag the mouse to draw a shape with the desired size and release
the mouse button.
OR
Click on the slide to draw a line with the default size.
The shape will be drawn on the slide.
3.15.3 Inserting Image from the File
The steps to insert image from the file are as follows:
Step 1: Select the slide in which the image needs to be inserted.
Step 2: Click on the Insert menu from the Menu bar.
Step 3: Select the Image option from the drop-down menu.
OR
Click on the Insert Image button in the Standard toolbar.
The Insert Image dialog box appears.
Step 4: Navigate the location where the image is stored.
Step 5: Select the desired image that you want to insert. In our case, we have selected Computer 1.
Step 6: Click the Open button.
